There's a new phenomenon effecting 20-somethings in America… it's being called the ‘quarter life crisis'.
Similar to the midlife crisis that people in their 50's go through, recent college grads are becoming disenchanted with their lives and their decisions.
The issue could be caused by growing up in a society with lots of pressure o achieve, thrive and compete to be "at the top." These pressures were not life-long strains on earlier generations.
Some 20-somethings have found that starting over entirely has helped them become happier with their lives, while others continue to feel lost and stuck in their relationships and career decisions.
